Zenon studied with Russian-American artist Nahum Tschacbasov at the Art Students League and in Woodstock. She later married Tschacbasov and the couple settled in East Hampton, NY. 

Zenon was a member of the National Association of Women Artists and listed in Who's Who in American Art.  She exhbited frequently, including Baker Univ .CA. State Univ., Carnegie Pub. Library, Carthage Coll., Allist Art Lib., Columbus Mus. Arts & Crafts, Georgia Mus. Art, Hudson Guild, NY, Mary Buie Mus.,  Monmouth Coll., Neville Pub. Mus., Oakland City Coll., Sacramento State Coll., Stetson Univ., Univ. Maine, Village Art Gallery, FL., Wesleyan Coll., GA., Western Ill. Univ., Lynn Kottler Gal., NY.  Her work is held at numerous museums including the Butler Art Institute, the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts, the Library of Congress and the St. Louis Museum of Art, among others.

Her estate remains closely held.
